QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in corporate wellness, fitness, or hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and corporate tracking tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple corporate accounts and events.
  • Results-driven and proactive, with a clear focus on reaching sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the fitness and wellness industry landscape is a strong plus.
  • May require a driver’s license and local transportation for outreach visits.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate prospects through outreach, cold calling, and networking with local businesses.
  • Conduct at least 6 corporate visits per week, aiming to close roughly 45 new partnerships per month.
  • Plan and execute 5+ corporate wellness events per month, such as health fairs, on-site classes, or wellness days.
  • Prepare customized presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize partner agreements; track payments and contracts comprehensively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, training, wellness) to produce promotional materials, arrange logistics, and ensure consistent branding.
  • Manage CRM entries and update corporate trackers; provide regular progress reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate discount structures and legal terms of each agreement.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue collections per the corporate sales budget.
  • Serve as a professional front for the gym’s brand, delivering timely and effective client support, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
