Description
We are seeking a driven and results-orientated Corporate Sales Executive-F&B to join our dynamic team at Alzayani Foods. This is a FULL TIME position based in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business-to-business sales for our Food & Beverage division, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the growth of a key sector within our organisation. Responsibilities: * Identify, develop, and secure new corporate accounts within the Food & Beverage sector across Bahrain. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and business objectives. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales and ensure profitability. * Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure excellent service delivery. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and client interactions, using a CRM system. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role, specifically within the F&B or hospitality industry. * A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * In-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with superb client relationship management abilities. * Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and the F&B industry. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. * A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * A valid Bahraini driving licence is essential.
