We are seeking a passionate Corporate Sales Lead (Aircon) in PRISM+ Malaysia. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who accelerate growth in our corporate segment while providing network to strategic projects. This driven and ambitious individual will be overseeing and maximizing sales of the company through the corporate sales channel. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia and will report directly to the Country Director. Responsibilities of an Corporate Sales Lead (Aircon)but are not limited to Handle corporate customer enquiries related to air conditioning products and services, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all customer needs. Oversee and manage corporate customer purchases and ensuring smooth transactions from order to fulfillment. Actively seek and attain new corporate customers by identifying potential leads, reaching out to decision-makers, and converting inquiries into sales. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new corporate customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and maintain reports on customer payment history, sales performance, and sales summaries. Track the progress of sales targets and provide regular updates to management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential opportunities for sales growth. Work closely with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure the successful fulfillment of corporate orders. Address and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise with corporate customers, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant course of studies Prior experience working as a system integrator or with system integrators Existing connections with corporate clients Experience managing corporate sales enquiries Minimum 3 year of handling corporate level Aircon projects and conducting corporate selling Data-driven with ability to analyze data for stocks forecasting Ability to use excel skills is a must Communication and people skills Passionate in engaging customers and providing excellent service Strong English proficiency with ability to engage C-Level clients Competitive Salary with great commission earning potential.
