Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets? Do you excel at inspiring and developing high-performing sales teams? Aspect Maintenance is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our growing team in Chessington, London.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers. Your primary objective will be to drive significant revenue growth across diverse sectors by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and strategically penetrating new markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and coaching a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue across multiple sectors.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and securing significant contracts.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and implementing training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting on sales performance, forecasting revenue, and contributing to strategic business planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales management role, ideally within a corporate or B2B service environment.
  • Demonstrable success in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve substantial revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Experience working across multiple sectors is highly desirable.
