JOB OVERVIEW

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, maintaining and expanding relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth for the hotel. This role focuses on cultivating and securing corporate accounts, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the execution of corporate sales strategies. The Corporate Sales Manager ensures that the hotel meets or exceeds revenue targets through effective sales techniques and client engagement.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a sales management role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a focus on corporate accounts and group sales.
  • Strong background in account management and customer service.
  • Experience in technical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, ONQ, PEP or similar CRM, software for managing sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development initiatives.
