We are now looking for a CORPORATE SALES MANAGER to drive and develop Finnair’s B2B global sales by maintaining market presence in Finnair key markets with a focus on the Nordics, contributing to profitable growth particularly within the work travel segments and supporting overall channel sales strategy. Main responsibilities: Actively sell and promote Finnair routes, products, fares and services to the corporate clients and other relevant stakeholders. Objective is to increase the profitability and incremental revenue and participate actively in the overall development of customer relationships within the area of responsibility. Participating in RFPs including negotiating corporate contracts, ensuring these are implemented resulting in incremental revenue for Finnair. Builds and maintains relationships with key decisionmakers within defined area. Plans and executes activities to develop corporate sales in line with Finnair’s strategic initiatives. Actively uses Finnair sales management systems and tools (i.e. Salesforce, Einstein Power BI) for reporting and planning. Represents Finnair at travel industry and other relevant events with the aim to build awareness of Finnair products and prospect new sales opportunities. Observes competitor activity in the market place, reports on findings and suggests actions where appropriate. Other tasks and projects supporting Sales & Retail department within the Finnair Customer unit. Our expectations: A driven, target-oriented sales person with a strong business acumen, self-starter capable of working independently but with a team player mindset. Comfortable negotiating with clients on all organizational levels. Ability to challenge status quo and drive change in order to increase Finnair’s market share. Good organization and communication skills Good command of Microsoft Office Strong team player mindset & capability to work with several stakeholders Relevant university degree Minimum of 3 years previous experience from business-to-business sales, preferably within the travel industry Fluent/excellent spoken and written English and Finnish. Other languages are considered as an asset.
