Headwater Equipment has been serving the construction industry for over 27 years, growing from one branch in Southern Alberta to 5 branches in Western Canada. We are a Heavy Equipment Sales, Service and Parts company, the mainline brands we sell are Sany Heavy Machinery, Rokbak Articulated Trucks and Ammann Compaction products. We are authorized repair and parts distributors for Cummins, Isuzu, Deutz and Scania. Headwater also refurbishes and repairs late model heavy construction and mining equipment. We currently have branches in Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Saskatoon and a satellite location in the East Kootenay’s. The corporate sales manager is an integral position in helping Headwater Equipment achieve our market share goals, grow our sales team, and be a mentor for our sales staff. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance that we set high standards of integrity and have a self driven person.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing sales operations, involved in the steps from the purchase of whole goods to final sale of machinery. They are to oversee several elements in the business, including hiring sales staff, growing the sales and rental division, as well as assisting with marketing and promotion.
