Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing corporate sales strategies, acquiring new business, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. The role will also involve leading and motivating the sales team, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while protecting company profitability.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking meetings, and client meetings as required.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
