Description

Is known for managing team of Account Managers to maintain and grow revenue, profit and volume, in line with company targets, from both new and existing corporate replacement and van accounts with annual revenue between $50k-$1M. Includes management and development of your own portfolio of clients with a base in Scotland and North of England.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for growth of revenue, with a focus on quality, growth and retention for country corporate, replacement, and van segments.
  • Monitor macro industry trends within car rental, travel industry and customer account verticals, to optimise Hertz position within accounts.
  • Collaborate with European sales and local teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution of revenue deliverables.
  • Take a short, medium and long-term view on existing contracts to ensure performance and growth.
  • Implements strategy for new & existing accounts
  • Manage and coach the team to enhance and broaden skills and behaviours to improve results and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Create an effective process to onboard, train, develop, and mentor the team to motivate and inspire them to engage with and deliver results.
  • Contribute to department performance by meeting key metrics such as revenue per day, contribution and margin, customer retention and acquisition
