KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients and secure group bookings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for group events, conferences, and accommodations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (events, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to identify and convert new opportunities.
• Track and report sales performance, including revenue growth and client retention.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring timely and professional responses to client needs.
