Your New Role As our Corporate Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across our B2B channel. This is a hands-on, entry-to-intermediate sales role suited to someone who is genuinely motivated to build a career in sales and is ready to step beyond coordination into revenue-generating activity. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, converting leads, and delivering a premium customer experience from first touch through to order fulfilment. You bring a strong customer service foundation, but you’re hungry to take the next step into sales, learning how to influence, negotiate, and close. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations, you’ll help create seamless and commercially effective experiences for our corporate customers, while actively contributing to pipeline growth and sales performance. Your Day to Day Own and support the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through to conversion and fulfilment. Proactively engage and respond to customer and client enquiries via phone and email, delivering a premium and solutions-focused experience. Actively grow the frank green corporate customer base through outbound activity, relationship building, and follow-up. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, confidently educating customers on our product range and value proposition. Maintain strong internal communication across teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activity and customer orders. Contribute to sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance insights. Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to support commercial decision-making. Collaborate with Marketing and Product to support campaigns, offers, and go-to-market initiatives. What You Need A genuine passion for building a career in sales, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and perform. Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Confidence in engaging customers, handling objections, and working towards sales outcomes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets and performance expectations. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment without falling apart the second things get busy. Basic understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, and pipeline management. Experience with tools such as NetSuite, Zendesk, Adobe Illustrator, or Brandscope is a bonus, not a dealbreaker. Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite. Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or similar (nice to have, not essential).
