Description We’re growing and looking for a motivated, people-focused Corporate Sales Representative to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Hockley, Texas. This full-time, entry-level sales role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting sales efforts, and contributing directly to company growth. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work makes a real impact. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will play an active role in supporting customers, driving sales, and strengthening long-term relationships. Travel may be required on an occasional basis. Your responsibilities will include: Manage and support assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-up Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and former customers Identify prospective customers through online research, business directories, and referrals from existing clients Analyze sales data and market trends to support sales strategies and growth opportunities Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, pricing, and product innovations Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and sales presentations using compiled data Provide customers with product, promotion, and pricing information, including samples and catalogs, based on their needs Resolve order, inventory, and account issues by researching data, identifying solutions, and communicating with customers and management Identify and help resolve sales-related challenges to improve customer satisfaction Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding new products, services, and enhancements Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and address any post-sale concerns Perform administrative sales duties, including maintaining sales records and contacting customers with delinquent accounts Assist with trade shows and sales events, including coordinating samples and materials Visit customers as needed to support relationship development and sales efforts Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Note: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
