Description
Malin is looking for a Corporate Sales Trainer to deliver onboarding, developmental and educational programs, and content to our sales teams. For this role, you will work closely with our sales associates to prepare and deliver learning materials and on-the-job training methods; and evaluate results after each session and applied skills in the field. You will identify challenges our sales professionals face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. This vital role will work closely with new business development representatives and sales leadership to help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.   Essential responsibilities of this role: * Onboard new salespeople with curriculum and material already established; role will have input on continued improvement of content and materials * Schedule and conduct ride-alongs to ensure on-the-job skills are successfully applied in the field and in front of customers * Utilize sales objectives and results to coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss skills gap and identify areas of improvement * Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives to improve individual performance, plan and document individual and personalized development plans * Maintain records as it pertains to training materials, curriculum, and performance management and applied skills success * Provide feedback and evaluations to sales leadership regarding onboarding success and development of individuals * Provide input on training curriculum and content regarding its effectiveness and relevance to the success of sales representatives   Our successful candidate will have the following: * Required: minimum 5 years work experience within a sales leadership or business development role * Demonstrated experience and track record of mentoring, training and/or developing sales representatives * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills
