Description
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Deliver best in class solutions to clients across FX, FX options, Risk Management Solutions and originate multi asset opportunities mainly for China Parented Names incorporated in Singapore. Understand and analyze clients' businesses and exposures to provide best suited sales solutions in full coordination with all relevant business partners. Work in close liaison with the coverage banker team to deliver a coordinated business strategy across products, clients and delivery channels Achieve ambitious personal and team goals in both market and wallet share from the identified client franchise, originate and execute meaningful and landmark transactions Assist clients on non-market risk management challenges, for example, balance sheet, cash-flow/earnings risk analysis and strategic, episodic driven hedging discussions Develop a deep and broad personal “trusted advisor” relationship with primary clients, aiming to a foster a strong relationship with key top-level decision makers.
