Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager Hong Kong Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm  Hybrid   Intro: You will be a key member in our team responsible to maintain a good relationship with our clients and provide professional company secretarial services with core areas of responsibility.   Some of the things you’ll be doing: * Acting as a relationship manager with clients * Provide advisory service to clients on company secretarial matters * Proactively seek new ideas and innovative solutions to support clients, seek opportunities for operational improvement to enhance efficiency * Handle a full spectrum of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of SPV / fund clients professionally, including: 1. Incorporation and deregistration of companies  2. Preparation of minutes & resolutions etc. 3. Managing and organizing the portfolio statutory filings  4. Reviewing agreements and contracts 5. Changing in shareholdings and directorships * Assist with compliance and onboarding procedures * Other ad hoc projects   What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? * Degree or diploma holder in business administration/corporate governance or a related discipline * Minimum of 6 years’ related experience in a professional firm or law firm * Experience in handling SPV / fund portfolio is preferred  * HKCGI/CGI membership will be an advantage * Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese (i.e. Mandarin and Cantonese) * Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn * Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide.
