REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate secretarial practice. Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) would be advantageous
  • Hands-on experience in electronic filing with ACRA
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate confidently and credibly
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team excellent stakeholder management skills, including confidence and ability to interact with senior-level persons in a professional manner
  • Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • A passion for process improvements with the ability to exercise good judgement to escalate work matters appropriately.
  • Meticulous, gives sound attention to thoroughness and accuracy in day-to-day work and takes pride in ensuring work is of the highest standard
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and DocuSign; familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage

    Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  1. Managing a portfolio of clients independently

  2. Delivery of corporate secretarial services, including but not limited to:

  • Company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices
  • Preparation of resolutions and minutes of meetings of directors and shareholders
  • Execute e-filings with ACRA and other authorities
  • Manage and monitor filing deadlines and compliance requirements for clients
  • Maintain statutory and corporate records
  1. Liaison with clients, auditors, lawyers and Government agencies
  2. Onboarding of new clients; ongoing monitoring and conducting client due diligence checks
  3. Collaboration with other functions within the company and across offices in other countries to ensure excellent service delivery
