Description
Liaise with clients, the Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Securities Commission, and other relevant authorities on all company secretarial matters. Attend Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc., and prepare agendas and minutes of meetings. Maintain and update statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, and other relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines issued by governing authorities. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements At least 1-2 years relevant working experience for a junior position Good interpersonal and communication skills Proactive, independent, and meticulous Portrays leadership and motivates teammates Ability to work under minimal supervision, render relevant corporate secretarial support to the company's clients and meet deadlines Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for senior positions.
