Description

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

· Diploma graduate in any field
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective client engagement
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills
· Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn
· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience for Senior Executive, and over 6 years for Assistant Manager position
· Candidate with offshore experiences will be an advantage
· Resourceful and proficient in Microsoft Office
· On-the-job training will be provided

Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage multiple corporate secretarial clients’ portfolios including offshore companies.
· Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc.
· Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents and ensure clients’ compliance with government authorities and statutory requirements.
· Manage the smooth operations of Board Meetings, Audit and Risk Meetings, and Annual General Meetings for clients’ companies.
· Coordinate with Finance department on billing matters
· Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders.
· Perform customers’ due diligence as required.
