Corporate Secretarial Service Coordinator Tokyo, Japan Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Onsite   Our Corporate & Legal Solutions provides accounting, company secretarial, payroll and treasury services to our clients, whereby you will have the opportunities to learn about various business entities, business environment and regulatory system in different jurisdictions. We will consider applicants with a legal, tax, accounting or compliance background who seek to broaden their experience and knowledge, and flexible working arrangements.   The position You will be working as part of the APAC company secretarial team, responsible to provide professional company secretarial services to our clients in Japan region with core areas of responsibility. This role will report to the Corporate Secretarial Manager.   Your responsibilities   * Provide service to clients on company secretarial matters * Handle a full spectrum of admin and company secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies including: * Applying seals and chops on request from clients * Scanning courier received from clients * Assisting clients with requests from Bank of Japan * Going to the Legal Affairs Bureau or Tax Office when necessary * Assisting Corporate Secretarial Manager with managing and organizing the portfolio statutory filings * Organizing internal documents in the internal Document Management System * Keeping up to date our Entity Management System * Involvement in compliance and client acceptance when required * Other ad hoc projects   Your profile * Degree or diploma holder in business administration/corporate governance or a related discipline * Minimum of 2 years’ related experience ideally in a professional firm or law firm * Fluent in Japanese (Native level) * Business proficiency in English (at least TOEIC 700)  * Proficiency in MS Office * Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn * Able to adapt to new challenges and with excellent communication skills * Team player CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide.
