You'll work directly alongside the CEO on the decisions and processes that define where the company goes next — from investor conversations to board governance to strategic partnerships. What You'll Do CEO Strategic Support Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO on corporate initiatives and key business priorities. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and external engagements. Coordinate cross-functional projects initiated by the CEO. Investor Relations Manage communication and coordination with investors and potential investors. Prepare investor reports, updates, and board presentation materials. Support the CEO during investor meetings, due diligence processes, and investment discussions. Fundraising Support Assist the CEO in preparing fundraising materials — pitch decks, financial summaries, and supporting documentation. Coordinate investor outreach, follow-ups, and documentation. Maintain the investor database and fundraising pipeline tracker. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Support the CEO in identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic partnerships. Coordinate discussions, negotiations, and documentation. Track progress of strategic collaborations and follow up on action items. Corporate Governance & Compliance Ensure corporate governance practices are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements. Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation. Maintain corporate records, legal documents, and shareholder documentation. Stakeholder & Executive Coordination Act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential communications and sensitive corporate information with discretion. Ensure alignment and follow-through on executive decisions. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in corporate secretarial, CEO office, strategy, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field Solid understanding of corporate governance, investor relations, and fundraising processes Experience supporting C-level executives or founders — highly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia Strong analytical thinking with a high degree of professionalism and discretion Proven ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive matters independently Competitive compensation package · BSD-based
