In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing a diverse range of corporate secretarial matters for our esteemed clientele.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in professional services firms, with a strong preference for prior exposure to corporate secretarial work.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset, coupled with strong teamwork skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act and regulatory updates is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Execute a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial duties, providing expert guidance to clients on various corporate governance matters.
  • Facilitate the incorporation of companies for both local and international clients, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Handle the preparation and submission of notifications to ACRA, meticulously managing all administrative aspects.
  • Oversee the operational facets of shareholder and directors’ meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and resolution drafting, while maintaining statutory records.
  • Draft a variety of agreements, encompassing Sale and Purchase Agreements, Share Transfer, Share Swap, ESOP, and other pertinent documents.
  • Conduct thorough customer due diligence processes for both new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and file Annual Returns, adhering to stringent regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory reporting mandates outlined in the Companies Act, Listing Rules, and Code of Corporate Governance 2018.
