Description
SAIC has a need for an experienced Corporate Investigator to serve as part of the Counterintelligence & Threat Management Program. This position falls within the SAIC Security, Counterintelligence & Threat Management Program and reports directly to the Insider Threat Program Manager. The successful candidate shall provide highly qualified support through thorough investigations of general security related concerns as well as augment the corporate Insider Threat and Counterintelligence programs. Services include analysis, cyber, investigation, and technology protection. The successful candidate must have knowledge of advanced interviewing and investigative operations, analysis and play a role in the decision making process. This opportunity can be 100 %25 remote for the right candidate. Candidates mut be U.S. Citizens and have the ability to get a security secret clearance. As directed by the Program Manager, investigators triage anomalous event data; conduct in-person or virtual interviews, conduct complex, deep-dive, all-source analysis; provide investigative leads; do analytic case support; and complete special analytic projects as required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct, manage and be accountable for assigned investigations of varying levels of complexity Provides detailed written final reports and be able to provide debriefings to leadership Leverage internal databases and technology in order to complete the investigative process Conduct periodic reviews of cases to illustrate trends Conduct extensive research into corporate policy as well as open-source Participate in the Investigative HUB comprised of investigators from stakeholders throughout the company Augment in any Counterintelligence or Insider Threat investigations as needed Use case management applications to keep official record of investigative steps Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience Ability to work independently in a face paced, results driven environment Experience with analytical problem solving and familiar with conducting operations relating to corporate investigations, insider threat, and counterintelligence investigations. Familiar with data analytics tools used for internal or open-source information collection Must possess superior writing and briefing skills and publish furnished analysis. U.S. Citizen Ability to get a secret clearance.
Responsibilities
