REQUIREMENTS

• Valid PSA licence (guarding and/or CCTV) — essential.
• Proven experience in manned guarding or corporate security operations.
• Flexibility to work days and public holidays.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and conflict‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgement.
• Competent with basic IT systems for logging and monitoring.
• Physically able to undertake patrols and stand for periods.

• Control access to buildings and restricted areas; verify identification and permits.
• Conduct regular internal and external patrols; record and escalate any issues.
• Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in line with site SOPs, preserving scenes where required.
• Produce clear incident reports, daily occurrence logs, and evidence statements.
• Manage contractor and visitor processes; provide professional front‑of‑house support.
• Liaise with site management, emergency services, and third parties as needed.
