Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile corporate site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors through regular patrols, access control, and monitoring from the control room.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any potential security risks or breaches.
  • Operate the gatehouse to monitor and manage vehicle and pedestrian access.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming presence at the reception area, assisting with visitor access and handling general enquiries.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment from the control room, responding to incidents as required.
  • Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and any other necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with emergency services and site management in the event of incidents.
  • Enforce site rules and regulations while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
