We are looking for a Corporate Security Specialist to support and strengthen our corporate security function. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Security Officer and contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our security practices. Key responsibilities You will support the Chief Security Officer in corporate security functions, including but not limited to: Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving physical security policies, standards, and procedures Conducting risk assessments and contributing to security strategy and planning Coordinating and participating in internal and external security audits Collaborating with internal teams to integrate security practices into daily operations Managing and conducting vendor security assessments Researching and applying best practices related to security frameworks and compliance requirements Facilitating security training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for internal staff What we expect from you Relevant experience in corporate security Relevant experience in value transportation security Strong understanding of security regulations and industry frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English and Finnish Relevant academic education What we offer you A meaningful role in developing and strengthening corporate security Opportunities to influence and improve security practices across the organization Good opportunities for professional development and career progression Flexible hybrid work model Additional information and application The salary range for this position is 3500-4000 € monthly.
