The Corporate Security Supervisor leads a team of security professionals executing daily security operational tasks at specified THD locations. This role manages conflict, handles in-person escalations and de-escalations, provide Executive level support, and resolves operational matters. Key Responsibilities: 30% Incident Management & Response - Examine complex and escalated incident reports to guide security operators and business leaders to ensure timely resolution Collaborate with business partners to maintain global security systems and applications 40% Leadership & Development - Attract, hire, and onboard new talent to the team, as needed Monitor and guide work activity for team through the coordination, organization, and proper distribution of work Supervise team and individual performance against goals, ensures accountability for performance and provide training and development opportunities. Maintain shift operations / scheduling 30% Risk Assessment and Analysis - Analyze security operations data and activity; identify trends and examine practices of the team to maximize effectiveness Monitor associate productivity and service levels for quality Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This Position typically reports to Sr. Manager or Manager of Corporate Security This Position has multiple Direct Reports Travel Requirements: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements: Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward. Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3+ years of demonstrated experience working in the security control room, security operations environment, and/or 911 dispatch experience. Knowledge of facility management as it relates to security and access control. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience managing a high-performing team of professionals Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service Minimum Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
