WHAT CAN WE OFFER?

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Corporate Solicitor (minimum 4 PQE) to join our leading Corporate team, recognised by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, as one of the top teams of specialists in the region and country. Our highly rated Corporate Team provides a full-service offering and includes transactional work across M&A, Corporate Finance and Private Equity.
The team do a range of work for clients, predominantly quality SMEs and regional businesses, across a range of Commercial sectors.
This is an excellent role for an individual who is looking to expand on their Corporate expertise, build on their experience and progress their career. It is also an opportunity to work alongside some of the best Corporate lawyers in the area. There will be ongoing personal and professional support and the opportunity for you to develop your career within this area of law at a progressive and forward-thinking law firm.

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on Corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures
• Supporting on business restructurings and corporate governance matters
• Working closely with Partners and Legal Directors to manage complex, high-value cases
• Delivering tailored solutions to clients across various industries
• Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships

The Candidate will be required to work with the full regional team across our three offices. As an experienced Corporate Solicitor, you will also be expected to supervise, train and develop more junior members of the team.
