POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Services Analyst will provide legal support, support litigation management, and conduct pre-litigation research. They will provide legal support in other capacities as deemed appropriate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience providing legal support in the healthcare industry.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in litigation management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of the nuances within provider contracts and collaborating with the appropriate business partners to ensure claims are processing per those contractual terms.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable plan documents and summary plan descriptions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare responses to pre-litigation demands, attorney correspondence, and record requests and subpoenas.
  • Handle and manage UCC liens.
  • Manage and responsible for data integrity on various reporting to leadership which includes monthly metrics reporting and monthly litigation reporting.
  • Collaborate with appropriate departments to obtain claim research.
  • Research and respond to requests for the administrative file under ERISA.
  • Handle attorney inquiries that surround No Surprises Act regulations and requirements.
  • Prepare claim files for litigation review; draft legal hold notices; prepare litigation reports and summaries; communicate with both internal and outside counsel.
  • Assist with the managing of bankruptcy matters.
