RAM is searching for a motivated and experienced individual in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be an individual that enjoys a challenging, professional, and dynamic workplace and contributing to the success of a hardworking team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors, manage appointments, and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Perform clerical tasks including answering calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents and presentations
  • Provide cross-functional support to departments across the organization and provide general support to colleagues
  • Champion company culture and support corporate initiatives throughout the office
  • Organize monthly events, including planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, and logistics
  • Maintain office records, project documentation, and databases related to personnel and operations
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and building requests.
