The Corporate Services Coordinator supports strategic and operational initiatives across corporate functions. This role involves assisting in the analysis of business processes and service delivery for the Corporate Services team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across corporate departments to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Help maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor team metrics and support decision-making.
  • Assist Documentation of business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist with invoice payments and reconciliation.
  • Ensure alignment of corporate services with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to end-users on new systems or processes.
  • Assist with purchasing and managing inventories.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Change management experience.
  • Some analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Ability to work independently.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • HS diploma or GED and 6 months of experience in related field.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Related experience in business analysis, preferably within corporate services or shared services environments.
