In Brazil, ALTIOS supports foreign subsidiaries navigating one of the most complex tax and regulatory environments worldwide. As part of our growth strategy in Brazil, we are strengthening our Corporate Services capabilities and are looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our São Paulo office. Missions Reporting to the Country Manager, you will support international companies establishing and operating in Brazil, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial structuring aligned with headquarters expectations. Main responsibilities include: Assistance with company incorporation (Ltda., S.A.) Tax registrations (CNPJ, State and Municipal registrations) Advisory on appropriate tax regimes (Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido) Supervision of accounting and tax compliance obligations Coordination and quality control of external accounting firms and partners Advisory support on: Intercompany transactions Transfer pricing matters Dividend distribution Ongoing tax and corporate compliance As ALTIOS Brazil expands its Corporate Services activity, you will contribute to structuring and scaling the offering: Gradual implementation of in-house accounting capabilities Standardization of financial reporting for international headquarters Alignment between Brazilian GAAP and HQ reporting expectations Process optimization and quality control Contribution to the development of structured Corporate Services packages As part of a growing advisory firm, you will contribute to business development and client retention: Participation in client meetings and tradeshows Ability to explain Brazilian tax and accounting complexities to non-Brazilian executives Identification of cross-selling opportunities within ALTIOS services Support in building long-term client relationships Profile Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax Active CRC registration is a strong plus Tax specialization preferred Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Background in a structured accounting/tax firm or Big Four Experience working with subsidiaries of international groups Exposure to international reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is a plus) Experience interacting directly with foreign headquarters is highly valued Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax system: ICMS ISS PIS/COFINS IRPJ CSLL Solid understanding of Brazilian tax regimes Familiarity with SPED and eSocial Strong Brazilian GAAP knowledge Basic understanding of IFRS Working knowledge of transfer pricing principles Languages Fluent Portuguese Fluent English (mandatory – daily interaction with foreign HQ) French is a plus Soft Skills Entrepreneurial mindset High level of autonomy and accountability Strong client-oriented approach Ability to simplify complex regulatory topics Structured, analytical and solution-driven Comfortable in an international, fast-growing environment Why join ALTIOS Brazil ?
