Description Position Summary The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for overseeing core administrative functions that support the day-to-day efficiency of the business, including office management, procurement, HR compliance coordination, and internal project support. This role ensures that corporate services are delivered in a consistent, compliant, and professional manner while supporting leadership and cross-functional teams. Requirements Key Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Management Manage purchasing of departmental, client supply chain materials, and business-related goods and services Source and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing where appropriate Track expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets and approval processes Support CEO HR Compliance & Administrative Support HR-related compliance activities, company-wide trainings, including recordkeeping, onboarding documentation, and policy acknowledgments. Support department-heads with 90-day trainings plans, 90-day reviews, and annual reviews. Assist in implementing and maintaining internal policies and procedures Project Coordination & Administrative Initiatives Support internal projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, and administrative initiatives Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency General Business Support Act as a central point of coordination for administrative functions across departments Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems Provide high-level administrative support to leadership as needed Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements and administrative best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business systems Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Position Notes This role is administrative and support-focused and does not include direct operational management responsibilities.
