Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join the executive team. You will report to the Managing Director in NSW

Tasks include:

• Performing high level administration duties and ongoing operational support;
• Comprehensive financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting;
• Strategic initiatives including sensitivity analysis, finance modelling, process reengineering across different operations;
• Ensuring effective ongoing cost control and cash flow management including use of invoice discounting facility;
• Preparing weekly management dashboards and monthly board reports;
• Team management and leadership;
• Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required;
• Performing in public forums to promote new programs and policies
• Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained;

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• A driven and strategic individual
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Have a keen interest in technology and entrepreneurship
• You will have the ability to combine the growth strategies of several companies while having a hands-on approach to operations and process improvement.

• Great communication and management skills

$87,500 - $107,500 + Super
