Description:
Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join the executive team. You will report to the Managing Director in QLD
Tasks include:
- Performing high level administration duties and ongoing operational support;
- Comprehensive financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting;
- Strategic initiatives including sensitivity analysis, finance modelling, process reengineering across different operations;
- Ensuring effective ongoing cost control and cash flow management including use of invoice discounting facility;
- Preparing weekly management dashboards and monthly board reports;
- Team management and leadership;
- Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required;
- Performing in public forums to promote new programs and policies
- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained;
