We are looking for an energetic, process-driven Corporate Services Manager based in Christchurch to oversee our office and branch activity in the region. As a Corporate Services Manager, you’ll champion collaboration, streamline processes, and embed consistent standards across administration, facilities and event management, and support services. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while fostering a culture of service excellence. With a proactive mindset and strong leadership skills, you’ll manage a dynamic team, implement new systems and technologies, and drive better outcomes across the organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders will be key to delivering results aligned with strategic goals. Lead and mentor a high-performing team across corporate service functions Oversee operations for Christchurch office and branch activity (Dunedin & Queenstown) Drive process improvements and implement new technologies Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with Health & Safety standards.
