Description

Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join the executive team. You will report to the Managing Director in WA

Tasks include:

  • Performing high level administration duties and ongoing operational support;
  • Comprehensive financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting;
  • Strategic initiatives including sensitivity analysis, finance modelling, process reengineering across different operations;
  • Ensuring effective ongoing cost control and cash flow management including use of invoice discounting facility;
  • Preparing weekly management dashboards and monthly board reports;
  • Team management and leadership;
  • Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required;
  • Performing in public forums to promote new programs and policies
  • Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained;

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation.
