    Join our Team as a Corporate Services Specialist!     The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Corporate Services Specialist who brings enthusiasm, decisiveness, and expertise to the table in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the human resources department in employee experience while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. This includes internal associate events, employee recognition and benefits to ensure a successful immersion into Toyota’s world class culture. This position will provide support in all the human resources functions to maintain a fair, equitable, and positive work environment for all employees in support of the mission so the organization. If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you’ll feel right at home here.   What You’ll Be Doing: * Support and evaluate employee experience initiatives, managing the associate need and the vendor relationship. * Plan and execute internal company events for associates. * Support employee recognition programs across TMHNA including core value and service awards. * Support employee benefits across TMHNA sites such as uniforms, birth, adoption and bereavement programs. * Maintain the vehicle services program, assisting associates, dealerships and the vendor. Process invoices and audits ensuring program accuracy. * Foster relationships with internal and external vendors to ensure positive outcomes for associates. * Understand and evaluate current programs and platforms ensuring they are driving engagement with Associates. * Ability to interact positively with both internal and external customers.   What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in business or human resources * Minimum of 1 (one) year community relations and/or human resources experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential * Must be a team-player who enjoys working in a collaborative work environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Excellent organization skills * Commitment to lifelong learning and process improvement * Ability to convey complex information in an understandable format   Where and When You’ll Work: * This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, IN office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.   What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:   Salary - $65,440 - $83,895 per year.
