Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual for the role of Corporate Social Media and Branding Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and organization of social media and branding. The individual will learn the fundamentals of corporate communications within a dynamic corporate affairs environment, gain mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to career paths in the pharmaceutical industry. What You’ll Do • Assist in industry research on social media trends • Conduct social media audit of Genmab’s corporate LinkedIn and X channels • Gain exposure to the basics of social media content creation, publishing, community management, planning processes, providing tracking and support • Gain exposure to designing branded assets for internal and external communications • Updating Genmab’s Brand Center Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills • Currently in later years of pursuing an undergraduate degree in life sciences, public relations, communications, marketing, branding/design, journalism, or a related field • Familiarity with document and digital asset management and metadata tagging • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Basic knowledge of social media is a plus • Basic knowledge of graphic design best practices • Interest in learning about AI platforms • Demonstrated leadership in campus/community activities is desired • Able to work independently, proactively, and part of a group, with curiosity and flexibility • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills • Collaborative mindset – Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders • Innovative thinking – Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new concepts, tools, and approaches • Strong sense of integrity – Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards • Determination and self-motivation – Proactive attitude with a desire to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver high-quality work • Attention to detail – Ability to manage and organize complex information while maintaining high standards • An interest in learning about biology, medicine, or health sciences, and interest in translating science into accessible content General Intern Information – Date/Location/Schedule Internships will take place June – August 2026. This role will be based in Princeton, NJ and operate on a required hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week. This role is not eligible for sponsorship. What’s next?
