THE ROLE:

You’ll be involved in a full range of corporate transactions, including:

• M&A (both share and asset sales/purchases).
• Private equity and venture capital investments.
• Business restructures and reorganisations.
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
• LLPs and partnerships.
• Fundraising and investment work

You will be encouraged to take real ownership of your matters, running transactions from instruction through to completion and dealing with clients directly. The firm promotes a commercial, collaborative approach, often working alongside other departments such as tax, employment, and real estate to deliver a comprehensive service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Running your own deals with Partner oversight.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (SPA/APA, disclosure letters, ancillaries, etc.).
• Managing the disclosure and due diligence process.
• Handling post-completion work.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Participating in business development activities and building your professional network.
• Staying abreast of legal and regulatory developments.
