About the role Top tier clients Broad range of corporate/commercial work, including M&A, corporate governance, securities work and a full range of commercial arrangements Working alongside the three Christchurch corporate/commercial partners – Nick Letham, Fiona Bennett and Hamish Foote We are looking for a solicitor or senior solicitor to join our team in Christchurch, which is part of our successful national corporate/commercial team. The team works with a diverse portfolio of corporate/commercial clients including listed issuers, large privately-owned corporates, co-operative companies and local and central government entities. Our clients span all industries, including infrastructure, agribusiness, energy, logistics, retail, healthcare and retirement living and aged care. This is a diverse and rewarding role and will suit a motivated self-starter, who enjoys collaboration and engaging directly with clients. The successful candidate will have exposure within commercial, M&A, securities and/or corporate governance work, and evidence a keen interest in progressing in the field.
