I am currently representing an Award Winning, Highly Reputable, Top Tier Legal 500 Law Firm who are currently looking for a 3 + PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their highly respected Corporate and Commercial department.
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge managing various corporate cases representing HNW clients.

You will have experience in handling the following matters a very high standard -

• Mergers and acquisitions.
• Drafting shareholder agreements and other commercial contracts.
• Private equity investments.
• Business structures and reorganisations.
• Share and asset sales and purchases.
• Management buy outs and buy ins.

The successful candidate will also be able to showcase experience within business development and possess a high level of business acumen.
