Booster Juice is hiring for a Corporate Store Manager to help lead our Edmonton Airport location. What You’ll Do: As a Booster Juice Corporate Store Manager, you will ensure execution of store operations during your scheduled shifts. Deploy staff and delegate tasks to create the Booster Juice Experience for each customer by providing exemplary and prompt customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You also will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Booster Juice policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: · Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees. · Executes and maintains schedules that reflect business needs while maintaining labor costs. · Maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment. · Developing personal growth opportunities. · Process Payroll · Conducts monthly inventory counts and maintains product levels. · Ensures staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results · Coaching and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. · Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and opportunities; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes. · Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. · Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends. · Ensure all staff are aware of new materials, company and department updates. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. · MUST OBTAIN TRANSPORT CANADA AIRPORT SECURITY CLEARANCE What You Bring: · Proven ability to manage performance. · Strong project management capabilities. · Effective coaching and supervisory skills. · Experience overseeing quality and inventory management. · Results-driven with a focus on outcomes. · Committed to maintaining high standards. · Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration. · Composed and effective under pressure. · Skilled at giving constructive feedback. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills. · Excellent customer service skills. · Creative thinker, while also having a strategic and analytical mindset.
