JOB DESCRIPTION: SUPPORT MANAGER - NEW STORE OPENINGS

Position Summary:
The Support Crew Member plays a critical role in the successful launch of new restaurant locations. This position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of new store setup, from initial equipment installation to final operational readiness. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. This is a dynamic role that requires travel and a flexible work schedule to meet project deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education or trade certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or a similar environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a flexible approach to work, including the ability to travel and work evenings or weekends as required.
Responsibilities
  • Setup and Installation: Assist in the physical setup of new restaurant locations, including the assembly and installation of kitchen equipment, furniture, and fixtures according to detailed floor plans.
  • Inventory Management: Unpack, organize, and stock initial inventory, including food products, supplies, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Operational Readiness: Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for operations, including sanitizing work areas, setting up display cases, and performing final checks on all equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the New Store Opening team, project managers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues that arise during the setup process, escalating complex problems to the project lead as needed.
  • Documentation: Assist with documenting the setup process, taking photos and notes to ensure brand standards and operational procedures are consistently met.
