WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proven Track Record. You’ll have 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, operations, or similar roles.
  • Planning and Organization. Appropriately prioritizing and planning projects and/or tasks that maximize the benefit for the organization.

  • Business Acumen and Critical Thinking Skills. You’ll need to be able to use data and think creatively to identify the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them. You will need to be comfortable thinking about the big-picture strategy but also getting your hands dirty in the details.
  • Manage Without Authority: You should demonstrate the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across teams and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. This includes working effectively without direct reporting lines, fostering alignment, and achieving goals through strong relationship-building and strategic communication skills.
  • English. Proficiency in English.
  • Data Management Skills. Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/slides and general financial acumen.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously, consistently meeting challenging deadlines
  • Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and cross-functional approach to issues preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Associate to join our Mexico Rides Strategy & Planning Team as a Corporate Strategy Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the strategic initiatives and operational excellence that power our organization.

This role calls for the following:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Mexico Strategy & Priorities. Work closely with the Mexico Leadership team and Strategy & Planning teams across the region to build and manage the overall Mexico Rides Strategy; defining narratives, principles, goals, and priorities.
  • Planning. Run the annual Mexico Planning Process working with the Central, Local, and Cross-Functional teams.
  • Governance. Build, run, and improve the ongoing governance of the Mexico Rides team.
  • Develop Relationships. Collaborate with other functional areas (Business Development, People Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Rides, Eats, Cornershop, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships.
  • Ways of Working. Identify, build, and implement new and improved processes that facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effectiveness within the Mexico teams.
