Program Overview

McKesson’s Intern program is designed to provide:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Work experience:1-3 years of prior experience in fields related to market research and data analytics.

EDUCATION:

• Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field, including but not limited to, STEM, statistics, finance, business, market research, etc. (3rd year or graduating)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Role is based in the Mississauga office, following a hybrid, ‘Office as a Destination’ approach (averaging 1-2 days a week in the office)
• Occasional travel (~10%).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Corporate Strategy & Business Development Intern will support and lead several pivotal strategic engagements at McKesson Canada, including, but not limited to:

• Qualitative and quantitative research
• Market landscape, trends, and dynamics
• Consumer preferences, prices, marketing preferences, and distribution patterns
• Competitive intelligence, strategies, and threats
• Data-gathering and analysis
• Measurement of outcomes and effectiveness of programs and strategies
• Monitoring and forecasting of sales and marketing trends
• Insight communication and recommendations
• Clearly articulated reports and presentations
• Simple and reader-friendly charts, graphs, and visual aids
