Job Description - Support the administrative process for onboarding new financial partners, including KYC and documentation preparation. - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for potential and ongoing financing partnerships (follow-ups, tracking, data gathering, and file management). - Coordinate and maintain communication between internal teams and external financial partners. - Ensure all financing activities meet internal and external compliance requirements. - Assist in reviewing current administrative workflows to identify automation opportunities. - Support the development and execution of automation and process-improvement initiatives. - Prepare documents, reports, and templates needed for automation readiness and operational standardization. Requirements - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). - Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Preferably has prior internship or project experience in finance or related fields. - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain structure in high-volume administrative workflows. - Interest in automation, workflow redesign, or process optimization is a strong advantage. - Student or fresh graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
