Job summary: To assist with the management of the day-to-day running of a portfolio of offshore companies dealing with a wide variety of tasks which will be of a complex nature. Furthermore, to provide supervision of a small team of administration staff located in BVI. Job accountabilities: The day to day running of own portfolio of clients. Tasks will involve: Ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained at all times Reviewing and approving large scale payments Liaison with the clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing Assisting the Manager as necessary Management of a team on a daily basis and providing advice and assistance as required Work to achieve the Group’s financial benchmarks. Regularly review work in progress, deficits, aged debtors and bad debt write offs on client portfolio. Ensure the collection of due diligence in accordance with Praxis’ risk management program. Delegate work to junior administrators as appropriate and monitor progress of assignments. Adhoc reporting and project assignments. Ensure that client complaints are dealt with in a timely manner and at the right level.
