This position will be located at our Headquarters in Itasca, IL.
KEYENCE is seeking a Corporate Support Specialist to assist our Corporate Marketing department with the support of its ongoing marketing and with a focus on tradeshow/event planning activities. Candidates must be comfortable in an administrative role, have a high degree of attention to detail, a strong ability to prioritize, process and organize tasks and an improvement-conscious mindset. As we constantly look for areas to improve, our ideal team member has a passion for learning and identifying such opportunities along the way.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The primary focus of this role will be to support our tradeshow team, ensuring successful participation and maximizing our brand presence and sales result.
• Help coordinate all booth logistics, booth orders, shipments, set up and teardown.
• Help oversee some on-site operations: staff coordination and attendee engagement
• Support vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services
• Efficiently and accurately support the marketing team with the processing of daily administrative and data entry tasks.
• Communicate with customers via our website chat systems to help with general questions and transfer more complicated questions to our tech team.
• Field general customer inquiries via ticketing system, either replying to customer directly or forwarding ticket to correct department.
• Provide task and project updates weekly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft-based programs, particularly Excel
• Ability to keep yourself extremely organized and prioritize tasks in order to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time that vary in deadline
• Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information
• Travel up to 15% of the time
• Previous Administrative background is not required but beneficial
