About the Role: We are seeking a Corporate Systems Engineer to help manage, scale, and innovate on Form Health’s corporate and care delivery systems, as well as take responsibility for Form Health's mission-critical IT HelpDesk queue. This is a full-time opportunity reporting to our Head of InfoSec, partnering closely with our Senior Corporate Systems Engineer, and collaborating closely with many stakeholders across all of Form Health. This is a remote role with the ability to work 8:00am - noon ET, and 1:00pm - 5:00pm ET to support our HelpDesk SLA. Strong preference for candidates in the Boston, MA area (or surrounding areas). What You Will Do: Support the provisioning and management of all endpoints, SaaS, and native software for all members of the Form Health workforce, and help the workforce use those tools effectively and safely Triage Form’s mission-critical IT HelpDesk queue, both resolving issues on your own and partnering with stakeholders to drive resolution of tickets according to an SLA. You’ll be involved in setting that SLA appropriately.
