MAIN FUNCTIONS

Lallemand is seeking a proactive and collaborative Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across our business units. Reporting to the Lead, HRBP, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience that reflects Lallemand’s values and growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities of the successful candidate include, but may not be limited to:

  • Manage full recruitment for key roles across 11 major business units: screen applications, conduct pre-interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage offer and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles, align on hiring needs, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms (e.g., Lallemand Career Page, LinkedIn).
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and generate recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts through equitable hiring practices and proactive pipeline development.
  • Coordinate employment contracts and onboarding activities in collaboration with HR, Payroll and direct
  • Ensure SharePoint and recruitment platform content (e.g., job postings, templates) is up to date and approve pending job descriptions.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to refine recruitment tools, interview guides, and hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate HR Compensation team to conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive offers.
  • Review and maintain offer letter templates to ensure compliance and consistency across business units.
  • Promote a strong employer brand and positive employee experience by highlighting company culture and managing feedback across recruitment platforms.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

REQUIRED

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with stakeholders and candidates.
  • High level of autonomy, accountability, initiative, and organizational skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and team orientation, but ability to work independently.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
